Welcome to R Parks Construction Builder – a family owned building company regulated and approved by Trading Standards and based in Chelmsford Essex.

Established in 2003, R Parks Construction Builder carries out all types of building work using only experienced quality tradesmen.

With our experience we can talk openly with you about how best to approach each project, whether it be a loft conversion, an extension, a new kitchen or bathroom, roof repair or general refurbishment. We approach each project on its own merits and are committed to integrity: we don’t seek to mask the real costs of the project at any stage.
